| Não podemos agradar a todos, já sei. Aliás é fantástico como o "querer fazer" incomoda tanta gente. Eu gosto de trabalhar, gosto mesmo. Mas não suporto profissionais/gestores que se apropriam das organizações onde trabalham, com o propósito de satisfazer os seus próprios interesses. Desculpem mas não sei trabalhar assim. E, se for esse o caso, se não está realmente empenhado na mudança e no desejo de levar a sua organização mais longe, por favor não se mace em convidar para trabalhar consigo. Mais tarde ou mais cedo, deixarei de ser uma solução e acabarei por ser mais um dos vossos problemas. O meu trabalho é genuíno e voltado para resultados. Quanto maior for o desafio maior será a paixão com que irei abraçar a função/missão. Sou pelo mérito e nunca saberei agradecer um voto de confiança de outra forma senão através do meu empenho em querer fazer sempre melhor. |
Can't please everyone, I know. In fact, it's amazing how many people can feel threatened when someone just wants to make things work. I love working, I really do. But I just can't stand for professionals/managers who think of the organizations where they work as their own, in order to satisfy their own interests. Sorry but I do not know how to work like that. And if you're not really committed to change and to take your organization further, please do not bother to invite me to work with you. Sooner or later, I will no longer be a solution and I'll end up being just another problem to you. My work is genuine and I'm always focused to hit higher. The bigger the challenge the greater the passion with which I'll embrace the job/mission. I'm for the merit and I will never thank a vote of confidence in another way than through my commitment to work harder. |
